2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all eligible products.

No extra charges are applied for Cash on Delivery.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

3. Online Payments

All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

We never store your card or banking details.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).

COD orders will be confirmed via phone/email before dispatch.

5. Refunds for Failed Transactions

In case of a failed online transaction where the amount is deducted, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
